ZBD Growth ("we", "us") operates zbdgrowth.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
When you request a teardown or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, brand name, Amazon storefront or ASIN links, and your answers to the qualifying questions on the form. You choose what to put in the free-text fields.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source. We also record the UTM parameters attached to links you arrive through, so we know which channel brought you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

If you give us your phone number and consent to SMS, we may text you about your enquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for the purpose they were given, and after that for as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email Hymiez@ZBDGrowth.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. Most browsers also offer a Do Not Track signal, which we do not currently respond to as there is no agreed standard for it.
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
